Mom to the rescue! Thanks a billion!

Yesterday, Saturday, was a pretty rainy day.  My track meet got canceled and I had to clean and actually do work... I know, how awful!  Who makes their kids clean?  Anyways, after I was done cleaning my room and vacuuming the house, I wanted to go play in the puddles with my friends.  But knowing my luck, none of my friends were home.  So I asked Livi, who wasn't done cleaning her room yet, and guess what she said?  "I need to finish cleaning my room."  From Livi?  Yeah right... I think she didn't want to get wet.  So I turned to Sulli.  "Sulli, will you be my friend today and come and play puddles with me?"  "No, I don't want to get all wet and cold."  Lame excuse.  He later came out in the car to take pictures.  Dad's doing I am sure!  So I was really bummed, and I came upstairs and kind of faked crying, yes I do that still sometimes.  And so Mom came to the rescue and geared up and came and rode bikes with me through the puddles for about an hour.  We had a blast!  We even picked up Aunt Linda and she came with us for a while!  She is way awesome!  I think it rocks that old ladies (no offense) would come out with a rambunctious kid and ride bikes through puddles!  Thanks for the memories!  We were SOOOO soaked and muddy!  It rocked!  I had a blast.  We are going to make it a rainy day tradition!  So if any of you ladies want to grab your bikes and your daughters and play in the mud like a bunch of 5 year olds, you are so welcome to join us!  It was the most fun of this whole week!!

This is just a little splash!

That puddle was HUGE and Muddy!!

My face looks dumb, 'cuz the mud was kickin' up from my front tire and spraying in my mouth!
Me, Linda, and Mom.  Notice Linda is doing a trick!  No legs!!

This was the best picture taking puddle.  It sprayed HUGE and soaked us!  Way deep!

Nice Splash Mom!!

If we are that muddy on the front, just imagine our back sides!  Haha!!

A photo of our dorky photographer!  I love him!

Thanks for the fun!  Rain maybe isn't so bad on a Saturday!

Our New and Improved House

We've been working hard on our house... ok, Mom has worked hard on the house, and the result is amazing!  We spent all last summer putting up steel siding (we weren't allowed to say that swear word last summer).  Then this spring, now that the weather is nice, Mom and Seth Boyer, hooked us up with some beautiful river rock!  It is beautiful!  Mom wanted to just paint the door white, but I said that was boring, so we went with this beautiful color, I don't know what color it is, but I like it.  Our new and improved house!

Grandma Teichert's 90th!!!

Happy Birthday to You!!... Happy Birthday to You!!... Happy Birthday Dear Grandma!!... Happy Birthday to You!!!
Not often does a kid get to see their Grandma turn 90!  I consider myself lucky!  Grandma's birthday party was pretty hoppin'!  We had tons of family here, and it was loud!  I love when my family comes to visit... i normally like loud things!  haha... So, we were over at Grandma's and the candles were lit, the cake was out, grandma was sitting down with the cake in front of her, and here comes Reagan, over to help Grandma blow out the candles.  It was so funny!  We didn't have 90 candles so we had to write 90 with the candles that we did have.  I think it turned our nicely!  One memory that I have of my Grandpa more than my grandma I guess is at every Birthday party, once you blow out your candles, Grandpa would say, "What a Wind Jammer"  and it is tradition in my family, however many candles you don't blow out is how many boyfriends/ girlfriends you have and Grandma blew out all but one... one for my Grandpa.  So my grandma is a Wind Jammer and has one boyfriend!  I love Grandma!  Happy 90th!

This is the cake after Reagan gave a puff... haha!
This is the fully lit Cake and Grandma!
What a Wind Jammer!

The Jazz Game!!!

So... on Saturday I had a sweet date with my big brother Tyson.  We went to the Jazz game against the Suns!  It was one of my life goals... I actually wrote that down a couple of years ago, so now i can check that off of my list. Thanks Tyson!  It was so exciting to be there in real life finally.  It was a dream come true!  I got to see KYLE KORVER, Memo, D-Will, Brewer, Nash, Shaq, Grant Hill, A.K.-47, and 5 minutes of extra playing time... man what a lucky Kid!  Thanks a million Tyson!  Shaq is so huge and Korver is as good looking in real life as he is on T.V.  I can't even tell you how awesome it was when A.K. made that three and got fouled and made the foul shot!  4 point play!  And then Shaq did  this sweet one handed backward dunk and he barely had to jump!  The final score was 104-99 Jazz.  Before the game Tyson and I both guessed what the score was going to be, mine was WAY wrong, but Tyson... he guessed it was going to be 103-98 Jazz... Pretty good guessing!  Good job Ty.  We got home around 1 in the A.M. and it was great!  Go Jazz!!!

SULLIVAN!! LIVI!!!

This weekend was a very gleeful week in our family of sports.  My big brother Sullivan became a 2 time state Champion!!  He is still healthy and he wrestled very well.  I was excited that I got to see it!  I am so happy for him!
Olivia and the basketball team played well at regionals and they took second place.  The championship match was against Burlington.  We lost but we are ready for this week!  I am so excited for state basketball.  It will be a blast!
Sorry this is so short but I don't have any pictures and nothing really to write about. So 'til next time!
